How to Clear Your Cache
If you’re having difficulty viewing Bodog or signing into your account, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. Also consider clearing out the browser’s cache if you’re using a shared computer and want privacy.
Find the internet browser you use from the list below and follow the steps to clear the cache.
Google Chrome 10+:
1. Click the menu icon at the upper right corner of the browser (three horizontal lines). Click “Settings” at the bottom of the menu.
2. Click "Show advanced settings" located at the very bottom of the settings section.
3. Scroll to the privacy section and click "Clear browsing data."
4. Select "Empty the cache." You can uncheck all other options if you would like to avoid deleting saved passwords, cookies and other things you may wish to retain. Change "Obliterate the following items from" to "the beginning of time."
5. Press "Clear browsing data." Your computer will clear the cache. It may take a few minutes.
Firefox:
1. Click the “Firefox” menu in the top left corner then select the right arrow next to “History” and click “Clear Recent History.
2. Make sure “Details” is expanded, then select “Cache” from the list. Uncheck everything else.
3. In the “Time Range to Clear” drop down menu, select “Everything.”
4. Click “Clear Now.” Your computer will clear the cache. It may take a few minutes.
Internet Explorer 11:
1. With your browser open, click the “Gear” icon at the top right to open the “Setting” menu.
2. Select “Safety” then “Delete Browsing History”.
3. Select “Temporary Internet Files.” You can also uncheck “Preserve favourite website data”.
4. Click the “Delete” button near the bottom of the window. Your computer will clear the cache, which may take a few minutes.
