Why did you send me a Text (SMS) Message?
Bodog guards your account information with a high standard of security. SMS or text message validation is a further measure we take to ensure you are indeed the account holder. Verifying your identity by text can occur when performing any of the following actions:
- Initial sign-up
- Updating certain details in your Profile Settings
- Requesting to withdraw your winnings
- Redeeming a Bonus
Should you choose not to complete our text message validation process, a reminder will prominently display on your Dashboard and you’ll be unable to update your Profile or withdraw any winnings from your account until you’ve followed through.
Our text message will prompt you to enter a code provided into the field displayed onsite. If necessary, we’ll give you a maximum of 3 attempts to resend and enter the code correctly. Should your phone number not validate through this process, your action cannot be completed and you’ll need to contact Customer Service for further assistance.
