What if I lose connectivity in the middle of a game?

If you’re timed out or lose your connection during a live game, the bets you’ve already made will remain in play and the game will be completed. If you win your game, your winnings will be automatically reflected in your account.

If your connection is lost or if you time out before making a decision while playing Blackjack with Dynamite Interactive, the hand will be completed according to Basic Strategy.

This is based on the dealer’s up-card as well as your hand score and is done in the best interest of the player and the back bettors.

For Blackjack play with Gold Tier Games, the system will automatically Hit on 11 and under and Stand on 12 and above. This decision process applies whether it's due to a disconnection or if you took too long to act.
