Why can’t I see the Live Dealer?

If you’re having trouble streaming the Live Dealer, please ensure that your Flash Player is fully updated and correctly enabled on your browser. For best results - the Live Dealer has been optimized for Google Chrome browser.

Enabling Flash Player for Live Dealer:

1. Once you’re at the Live Dealer table, click ‘Secure’ in the upper-left corner next to the URL.
2. From the drop-down menu, click ‘Site Settings’.
3. Find ‘Flash’ from the list in the new Google Chrome window that appears. Click the drop-down menu and change it to ‘Allow’.
4. Click ‘Reload’ at the top to apply the updated settings and return back to the Live Dealer table. After a few seconds, the video feed should appear.
