What is a Teaser?
Reduce the risk in a parlay by placing a teaser instead. A teaser is a combination of 2 to 10 football or basketball wagers. You adjust the Point Spreads and/or Totals in exchange for a lower payout. As an example:
If your teaser includes a point spread, you can decrease the spread for the favourite or, conversely, increase the spread for the underdog.
If your teaser includes a total, you can increase the "under" or decrease the "over".
As with a parlay bet, a successful teaser is dependent on all of your wagers winning.
How to Place a Teaser
1. Login to your Bodog account and click Sports at the top of the screen.
2. Select your sport from the menu. On Mobile, this is at the bottom of the page. On Desktop devices, it's at the top. If you don't see your sport, click ‘All Sports’ to show more.
3. Select your desired lines by clicking the appropriate boxes (up to a maximum of 10 point spreads and/or totals). Your selections will be added to the Bet Slip which on Mobile is accessed by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page; on Desktop devices, it's located to the right of the betting lines.
4. To place a Teaser bet, select the 'Multiples' Tab at the top of the Bet Slip.
Combined odds for your teaser will be displayed above your selections.
5. Click the ‘+’ next to Teaser in the Bet Slip, then the drop down arrow to select the amount of points you wish to tease your selections. The new “teased” spreads/totals will be shown for your reference on the Bet Slip.
6. Enter a risk amount in the box provided. Your total win amount is automatically calculated for you.
7. Review your selections and then click 'Place Bets' at the bottom of the Bet Slip. To remove a line entirely from the Bet Slip, click the 'x'.
8. You’ll then be shown your final bet details along with your wager reference number. Click 'Continue Betting' to clear the bet slip and place another wager.
Your payout depends on the sport, the number of teams in the teaser and the selected point adjustment.

Teaser Rules
1. Select a minimum of 2 lines up to a maximum of 12 to place a regular football or basketball teaser.
2. All of the lines must be point spreads and/or totals.

3. A tie, called a ‘Push’ or a wager graded ‘No Action’ reduces the number of wagers (teams) in a regular teaser of three or more teams. For example:
A four-team teaser with two ties reduces to a two-team teaser, and the payout is recalculated based on the reduced number of teams.
4. Two-team teasers cannot reduce. Any two-team teaser with a ‘Push’ or ‘No Action’ plus a win will be graded as ‘No Action’, and your risk amount refunded. Any two-team teaser with a loss will be graded as a ‘Loss’.
5. All of the wagers must win in order for the teaser to be considered a win (with the exception of ties). If any one of the wagers lose, the entire teaser loses. There are no partial payouts.
6. Unless otherwise specified, games not played on the date or at the location specified are graded ‘No Action’ and the teaser reduces to the next lowest number. The payout is recalculated based on the reduced number of teams.
7. You cannot include futures, props, moneylines, first half (1H), second half (2H), and quarter lines (1Q, 2Q, 3Q, and 4Q).
8. Payouts will be different based on the league selected in the picks, and the payout for mixed league teasers will be from the payout table with the lowest value (see Teaser Payouts above).

Cross-Sport Teasers
When you combine football and basketball lines in the same teaser, the number of points that you adjust point spreads and/or totals by must remain in the same category. For example:
Football 6 points / Basketball 4 points
Football 6.5 points / Basketball 4.5 points
Football 7 points / Basketball 5 points
Sweetheart Teasers
A “sweetheart” teaser combines 3-12 picks for either Football and Basketball wagers. The number of points that you adjust the spreads or totals by will vary on the sport and the number of teams in the teaser.

Sweetheart Teaser Rules
1. 3 team 10 points and 4 team 13 points Sweetheart Teasers never reduce. A ‘No Action’ result in a 3 team 10 points or 4 team 13 points Sweetheart Teaser will result in the entire wager being settled as ‘No Action’, provided all remaining legs are settled as a ‘Win.’
2. A 4 team 10 points and any 5-12 Team Sweetheart Teaser will reduce with a ‘No Action’ result and your odds will be adjusted accordingly. Sweetheart Teasers with multiple ‘No Action’ results may be subject to rules 1 and 2.
3. A ‘Push’ in any Sweetheart Teaser will result in the entire wager being settled as a ‘Loss.’
4. A ‘Loss’ in any leg of a Sweetheart Teaser will result in the entire wager being settled as a ‘Loss.’
5. For Cross-Sport Sweetheart Teasers, the payout will be determined by the table with the lower value. For example:
If a teaser has 5 College selections and 1 NFL, then the NFL payout will be used.
